Maine Men Company was created 20 years ago when the founder couldn’t find a hot sauce that he actually liked. In a style very typical to his personality, he set out to create his own. The details as to how the recipe came about range from the unbelievable to straight up magical fiction-but it has been a family legacy that the entire company has been built on. He needed to bring a hot sauce that doesn’t just burn your mouth and leave you running for a glass of milk— it gives you the most important mix: spicy with flavor.
